I was given an opportunity with a few friends to fly to Milan for Roberto Cavalli’s Menswear A/W 2012 collection. It was really amazing, I got to meet Roberto Cavalli and his son Daniele backstage and we also were invited to his private dinner party, where we got to meet some more lovely people who we later on went out with. It was such an experience and loved and appreciated every bit of it.
Apart from it being so cold in Milan at the moment, I enjoyed it and their amazing architecture, it was so beautiful!
The collection was so well made with a good sense of colour, shape and texture. It had a ‘cowboy’ feel to it, but it wasn’t to obvious which is what made it even better.
